From Sean we received pictures of his MakerBeam mini-ITX case. According to him the stock lengths of MakerBeam work for this exactly. The top and bottom panels he cut using something called the 'shaper origin' (a hand-held CNC-router).
He also used this tool to cut (and engrave) the plexiglass held by makerbeams. He was very pleased with how it turned out since it is hard to get the corners right. The plexiglass slots right in (<=3mm) but the corners need to be cut just a little to fit. The corner cubes do not have slots. For pictures of his mini-ITX case, see below.
In a youtube video we noticed MakerBeam is used in MIT. It shows it is always handy to have MakerBeam lying around, or in this case MakerBeamXL.
We are happy that over 20 resellers in Europe carry our products. The majority of our resellers are webshops that mostly sell electronics. Products that suit MakerBeam very well, but we do not sell. So they could be your one stop shop if you are interested in buying electronics next to our beams.
In The Netherlands there are three brick and mortar stores that stock MakerBeam. These shops are specialised in selling metal in all shapes and sizes.
