Matthew created a device for a faster tuberculosis diagnosis at low cost. He used a combination of image processing methods and image acquisition devices combined with microscopy. MakerBeam was used to combine all these items. The result is a portable, low cost, hand-held device that can perform hours of manual analysis in under a minute, while providing greater consistency across individual tests.
Peter made a Fischer Technik Unimog U400 strengthened with OpenBeam.

A great project: a Liebherr crane made of Fischer Technik with OpenBeam used as reinforcement.
