This product includes one cut from a beam in your order, made to your specified length. 

First, add the MakerBeam profile(s) you want cut to your cart.
Then, add this product once per cut needed, and enter your desired length in the field above. You are required to fill in specifications in the field above (visible above the add to cart section).

Important notes:

• Length tolerance: ±0.5 mm (180–1000 mm)
• Cut plane tilt angle: <1°
• Cutting loss: ~3.0 mm per cut
• Excess offcuts are not included
• Custom cuts are non-returnable
• Not compatible with OpenBeam or MakerBeamXL
• Cuts under 100 mm are very difficult and only available on request. These are not standard.

After cutting a MakerBeam profile an M3 thread is tapped again. Our profiles (MakerBeam and MakerBeamXL) have a hollow core, but only the ends are tapped (M3, 8mm deep thread).

Remember:

First, add the MakerBeam profiles you want to have cut to your cart — either individual longer lengths or packs.

Then, add the 'Cut MakerBeam' product to your cart, including your specifications.
Please note: one 'Cut MakerBeam' = one cut. If you need multiple cuts, add this product multiple times.

This 'Cut MakerBeam' service is not compatible with MakerBeamXL or OpenBeam — it applies to MakerBeam only.
